Sharaf Exchange has introduced a new e-Receipt functionality as part of its ongoing commitment to customer convenience and digital innovation.

With this feature, customers can now receive their transaction receipts via Email or WhatsApp, based on their preferred option. This enhancement improves the customer experience while supporting Sharaf Exchange’s sustainability efforts by reducing paper usage.

“We are proud to lead the way in introducing digital solutions that make financial transactions simpler, faster, and more secure,” said Mr. Imad ul Malik, Chief Executive Officer at Sharaf Exchange. “This is a step forward in delivering seamless, eco-friendly service while offering our customers more control.
